The Barrington single watch winder provides programmable watch winding from 650 to 1950 Turns Per Day (TPD) and with programmable direction. Re-developed to improve battery life and for future customisation, the new controller board is manufactured in the UK.

Designer Systems developed the device hardware and firmware which includes the following features:

  • Low cost PIC18F Microcontroller design.
  • 2 + 2 AA cell or mains adaptor powered with battery monitoring.
  • Three [3] direction modes, clockwise, anticlockwise and alternating.
  • Five [5] Turns Per Day (TPD) modes 650, 750, 850, 1000 and 1950.
  • Motor driver with PWM speed/direction control and position feedback monitoring.
  • Exclusively designed for Barringtone Watch Winders.
